The Museum of Computing will be holding a games programming night. Remember the 1980's when the Sinclair Spectrum and Commodore 64 were deadly rivals? This was a time when anybody with a talent for programming could write cool games in their bedroom and make a million!
No programming experience is needed, our resident experts will guide you through the process of creating your dream game.
Dress code : Pyjamas please but other nerdy evening wear is acceptable.

Following last years frenzy the Museum of Computing are returning this year to celebrate Ms. PAC-MANs 30th Anniversary.
Try your skills in the Pacmaze... can u humanly beat blinky and friends to devour all the pellets... or get retro with the original plug and play Ms. PAC-MAN and PAC-MAN.
Meanwhile homebase at the Museum of Computing (6-7 Theatre Square) play PAC-MAN and Ms. PAC-MAN on variety of formats and also see 35 years of handheld games consoles in our 'Gaming on the Go' exhibition.
Feeling in the spirit, our best volunteers will be on hand to ghostly facepaint your way to Ms Pacman Party.
On Sunday 13th March, the Swindon Film Festival will be showing two classic films at the Swindon Dance Theatre (Swindon Town Hall):
Anybody purchasing tickets for either of these two classic films will get free entry into the museum on the Sunday from 14:00 - 19:15 where they will be able to try their hand at some Tron inspired video games.
